NAM Testifies On EPA'S Proposed Tailoring Rule

On November 18, the NAM delivered a statement to federal regulators regarding the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed “tailoring rule” to impose the first-ever greenhouse gas emissions regulations on industrial facilities during a hearing in Arlington, VA . The NAM is also developing detailed comments raising several policy and legal concerns related to EPA's tailoring proposal, with submissions due December 28.
