February 2, 2010, Ogden, UT - Stephen R. Richards, Chief Executive Officer and owner of Richards Sheet Metal Works Inc. of Ogden, recently announced changes to the company's executive board. The newly appointed members are: Sterling N. Jensen, President and Chief Operating Officer; Kevin Jones, VP of Business Development; and Dee Roskelley, VP of Procurement, MFG Technology and Marketing.

Richards is a third generation principle owner of this family business, appointed as president by his father, Ray L. Richards, in 1985.

Jones and Roskelley have each been with the 82-year-old company for over 18 years, while Jensen joined the company in 2008. Jensen has significant experience as a project manager, construction and quality assurance manager, and facility engineer. He has degrees/certification in Construction Management, and as a Lead Quality Auditor and Certified Welding Inspector.

Richards produces world-class products made of metal, finished and ready for application or market, for clients throughout the Wasatch Front and neighboring states. Some industries they serve include: transportation, water treatment, waste management, food services and sanitation, pharmaceutical, military/government, machinery and mining.
