This thirteen week course is designed around the SME/AME /Shingo Lean Manufacturing Bronze Medal Body of Knowledge. Specifically oriented for manufacturing operations and plant managers. All participants will be required to complete a project within their facility. This unique training method will have: Classroom Instruction, In- plant application, Sponsored plant visits that will allow you to see the practical application of the course topics.
