PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT - POSITIVES & PITFALLS

Successful companies have shown that a well-designed performance review process can be an important tool to improve work performance and help employees align with organizational goals. Guest speaker, author, and employment attorney, Jathan Janove of Ogletree Deakins, will help attendees improve the process to effectively manage and evaluate employee performance.
